This is because (TIB)…

• You need to understand what is expected so that they can organise your Ministry placements and set goals to achieve this. 
• Student will learn what skills a necessary for effective Discipleship Group time and this will enable them to mature in the faith and this will help everyone to get the most out of the Discipleship Group time. 
• Learning these skills will also enable students to reach out to others in their Ministry Placements more effectively.
