• What have you discovered about your spiritual gifts? Do you feel like God is calling you to use your gifts in a new and different way?  Share any comments that others have made about your area of gifting.
• I have met with my Primary Ministry Placement Supervisor, and they have completed the Primary Ministry Placement Review Form for Term 1. You can find a copy here.
• Upload a copy of the signed Primary Ministry Placement Review Form for Term 1.

IMPORTANT: It is important that in the Primary Ministry Placement Review Form that you are consistent in all the points in order to achieve competency.

• Upload a copy of Documenting CMT Hours Spreadsheet. This needs to include all the hours that you have completed for your Primary Ministry Placement, Camp Ministry Placement, Church Community, and Discipling for Term 1.  
• Look at what your Primary Ministry Supervisor has marked as requires work or developing on the Primary Ministry Placement Review form. For each point, ask your Primary Ministry Supervisor how you could improve in this area before the next review and write these suggestions down below.
