• Discuss your experience in the Primary Ministry Placement so far including what activities you have been involved in.
• Share the most memorable moment in your Ministry Placement so far that has impacted someone else.
• What have you discovered about your spiritual gifts? Do you feel like God is calling you to use your gifts in a new and different way?  Share any comments that others have made about your area of gifting.
• I have met with my Primary Ministry Placement Supervisor, and they have completed the Primary Ministry Placement Review Form for Term 1. You can find a copy here.
• Upload a copy of the signed Primary Ministry Placement Review Form for Term 1.

IMPORTANT: It is important that in the Primary Ministry Placement Review Form that you are consistent in all the points in order to achieve competency.

• Upload a copy of Documenting CMT Hours Spreadsheet. This needs to include all the hours that you have completed for your Primary Ministry Placement, Camp Ministry Placement, Church Community, and Discipling for Term 1.  
• Look at what your Primary Ministry Supervisor has marked as requires work or developing on the Primary Ministry Placement Review form. For each point, ask your Primary Ministry Supervisor how you could improve in this area before the next review and write these suggestions down below.
• What are the goals of the ministry program? Has anything changed?
• What activities are you involved in to support the ministry goals? Has anything changed?
• What behaviours are expected of you to support the ministry goals? Has anything changed?
• What are your responsibilities in ministry activities? Has anything changed?
• What tasks have you been specifically allocated? Has anything changed?
• How have you sought guidance and advice from your Ministry Supervisor and others to address issues as required? Outline an example.
• What does your Ministry Supervisor say is the role of your team? Has anything changed?
• What interpersonal skills are fitting to your ministry placement to support effective teamwork? Provide an example.
• What problems have you detected that might impede effective teamwork?
• After reviewing the problems, what action can you take to rectify these problems?
• How would you manage conflict constructively in accordance with ministry placement processes? Provide an example.
• After reviewing your ministry activities, determine any opportunities for improvement of activities. What feedback could you offer?
• Reflect on your own ministry participation and articulate key insights for your own personal development. What improvements can you make?
